This thessis „Management of reverse flows in Company“ deals
with waste management of the chosen firm with an emphasis on
ecological aspect. In theoretical part provides an overview of
the problem of reverse flows and its development, including the
State Environmental Policy and voluntary activities to
corporate social responsibility and influence of stakeholders
on activities of enterprises. The practical concerns of
business Deza a.s. residing in Valašské Meziříčí, which deals
the processing of tar and crude benzol. The goal of the work is
to determine impact of business on the local community and what
are the costs of removal. The part of this objectives is also
to find out what is the effectiveness of communication between
the business and this community and suggest possible measures
for improvement.
