The main aim of my work is to describe why different
perceptions of
Ukrainian and Middle Eastern immigrants arise. I will try to
explain these
differences using the dimensions of warmth and competence based
on the Stereotype Content Model and also using realistic and
symbolic threats from Integrated Threat Theory. I will also
include the emotions of pity and contempt in my work. I
hypothesize that these dimensions and emotions explain the
different attitudes towards the two immigrant groups. The
method will be an online questionnaire survey.
