My bachelor diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the
legal regulation and aspects of the Land Registry Revision. The
aim is dealt on some problematic situations. Thesis approaches
some of fundamental principles connected with Land Registy
Revision and it deals with proceeding of Land Registry Revision
including its drawbacks as well. At the beginning the aim is
target on the basic terms, after it is worked with the legal
aspect of the Land Registry Revision. The main part is the way
of revision and the result of the revision itself. The
conclusion deals with the question offices synergism.
