My Bachelor's Thesis The Living Library Project deals with a
new type
of library which works on the same principle as a classic
library does, where people come to borrow and return books. The
difference consists in the fact that books in the Living
Library are
human beings, who are interviewed by the reader. These living
books
come from minority groups and face a wide variety of different
prejudices and stereotypes in the society. This thesis
introduces the
reader to the history of the Living Library, with its
philosophy and
expansion all over the world. It also deals with communication
among
people in the human society.
