The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of employment
of people with hearing impairments from the point of view of
personnel at labor offices. This work consists of four
chapters, the first three are theoretical and the fourth
chapter is empirical. The theoretical part consists of basic
terminology related to the hearing impaired, the possibilities
of education of the hearing impaired, and the employment
process, taking into account the role of human resources at the
employment office and counseling organizations. The empirical
part of the thesis describes the research survey, research
methodology, analysis of results, and conclusions of the
survey.
