Rigorózní práce analyzuje vnější obchodní vztahy Evropské unie z pohledu právního. Evropská unie, resp. Evropské společenství neexistuje samostatně, ale v širším právním rámci tvořeném právem WTO. The presented thesis analyzes the external commercial relations of the EU from the legal point of view. The EU, as the case may be the Communities exist in a wider legal frame created by the WTO law.
