The thesis contains a historical overview of cycling concerning
the Vyškov region. It is comprised of bicycle development,
technical information and safe riding principles. The outline
of existing bike routes is complemented by sports facilities,
restaurants, and accommodation facilities in significant places
of the region. The research project assesses students’
relationship to cycling and their views on the quality of
constructed bike routes.
