The name of work:		Significance of supported
employment for integration of handicapped people in labour
market



The aim of this work is to answer a question: Which
significance does a service of
supported employment for integration of handicapped people in
labour market have?
Durin finding a signification of this service I go out of
premise that work has a certain reasen in many ways of peoples
life. Moreover, a healthy insurance causes the certain barriers
in asserting in labour market. Anyway, the service of supported
employment can help to handicapped people  during getting and
keeping their work very much.
The main  emphasis is on the method which this service
supported employment helps handicapped people to find and keep
a quality job.
The research, where I used some interviews to people who use
this service and 
employes of agency of supported employment Mesada, has found
that the service
 of supported employment has a positive influence for
integration of handicapped 
people. However, the possibilities of this agency are limited
thanks to glut labour market in the south of the Czech
Republic, distrust of employers and it is not very suitable for
all categories of handicapped people.
