This thesis is presented as a guide to the Information System
of  Central Budget Subsidy Evidence. The main aim is to create
notions of the concept and possibilities offered by this system
to the business community and as well as to the public
administration. Based on studied information sources, the
information and endowment policy of the Czech Republic;
history, present time and the future of  IS CEDR; data sources
and usage of IS CEDR; data usage by governmental statistic
service; main drawbacks of this system are formulated  and
analyzed in the individual chapters.
