This final thesis deals with the concept examination of the Law of in-ternational traders as a special set of rules and instruments of a non-state character, created by the community of international traders and its most important organizations. These rules and instruments con-tribute, to a significant extent, to the regulation of international com-mercial transactions and, to some extent, national commercial transac-tions. The primary objective of the Law of international traders is to facilitate, optimize and develop international trade through the crea-tion of universal trade rules that overcome disparities arising from na-tional legal orders.
