This thesis deals with an experience program for selected basketball teams playing in different competitions in the Czech Republic. The main point is to improve the experience of basketball exercises, which primarily focus on improving basketball skills. Here, however, the program focuses on the experiences of the individual players in the alleged activities, which incorporate psychomotor aids that have the purpose of greater attention and thinking during exercise. This is a new way for the program, when the players after completing the program filled in a poll containing 18 questions. Furthermore, after each exercise there was a reflex question where each player answered yes / no to a simple question. After gathering all reflective responses and surveys, an evaluation was made to determine whether the program could be beneficial or not. The research was carried out at the teams of Šumperk, Olomouc and Prostějov, where the program ran different numbers of weeks in each team, depending on the training of the players. Since this program was intentionally conducted in the off-season, ie. at the stage where only training without match load, from June to August. In each team the program was attended by 10 players, in a total of 30 players, and the author always arrived at the basketball hall, where she prepared everything needed for the training unit. There were 8 training units in each team. Data collection was carried out in the form of a questionnaire and reflective questions, which were subsequently evaluated by a percentage and processed for better clarity into graphs. Recommendations for non-professional athletes, where it depends on the overall concept of the program and the goal that the coach would identify. Therefore, the conclusion for further research could be taken more in depth from the feelings of the players that are forgotten nowadays and most focus only on the performances.
