The goal of this diploma theses is to know, describe and evalue
the current education system in the selected organization. The
theoretical part is presented in the context of the current
form of society known as knowledge society. Context of
knowledge society emphasizes the need for continuous and
further education of adults to employed them in the labor
market and high quality of work dutyes. The need of develop of
educational systems in organizations as a way of adult
education emphasizes presented empirical data. The output of
the theoretical part of the diploma theses is the presentation
of the educational system in organizations, strategic
approaches to education, training needs and goals, evaluation
of effectiveness of education system. The practical part, based
on study of documents, interview and focus group, presents
current education system in selected organization, organization
needs and goals, strategic approaches to education and their
combination with organization needs. Based on the findings and
on the realized SWOT analysis practical part evaluates the
strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the
current education system and its efficiency to the needs of the
organization. Based on the finded threats the end of the
practical part tryes to submit a proposal for the development
of a new education system.
