Abstract
Dialekticko-behaviorální terapie (DBT) klade na terapeuty mimořádné nároky v důsledku opakovaného kontaktu s krizovým chováním klientů. Tato kvalitativní studie využívá interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu (IPA) ke zkoumání prožívání pěti DBT terapeutů. Abstract
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) places exceptional demands on therapists through repeated exposure to clients' crisis behaviors. This qualitative study uses Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to examine the lived experience of five DBT therapists. Dílčí cíle: zmapovat emocionální a kognitivní reakce terapeutů při setkání s krizovým chováním klienta, popsat způsoby, jak terapeuti regulují vlastní emoce a udržují terapeutický rámec, identifikovat zdroje podpory (např. týmová supervize, osobní strategie, výcvik), porozumět, jak tyto zkušenosti ovlivňují profesní identitu a vztah terapeuta ke klientům.
Design výzkumu: kvalitativní výzkum založený na interpretativní fenomenologické analýze.
Metody sběru dat: polo-strukturované rozhovory s DBT terapeuty.
