The thesis deals with view of individual integration of pupils
with mild and moderate intellectual disability into mainstream
school by counsellors from special education centre. The thesis
is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The
theoretical part is divided into three chapters and
concentrates on intellectual disability, integration of pupils
with intellectual disability and special education centre for
pupils with intellectual disability. The practical part is
involved in the final chapter. The aim of the practical part is
to find out attitudes of counsellors from special education
centre to individual integration of pupils with intellectual
disability. The research is based on qualitative methods by
interviews with open questions. Findings of survey are
described and analysed in a conclusion.
