Britská městská heraldika ve znacích vybraných anglických měst a její srovnání s městskými znaky významných měst českých.
Abstract
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá britskou městskou heraldikou vybraných anglických měst a jejím srovnáním s městskými znaky významných měst českých. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována popisu heraldiky obecně a nástinu městské heraldiky v obou porovnávaných zemích. Druhá část obsahuje blasony vybraných městských znaků se stručným výkladem. Třetí část pak srovnává prvky anglické a české městské heraldiky.
Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with British civic heraldry in selected coats of arms of English towns and cities, and its comparison with civic arms of major cities in the Czech Republic.
