The thesis, " Public procurement in EU projects" is focused on
comprehensive methodology
for procurement under the Act No. 137/2006 Coll. On Public
Procurement.
The thesis describes the problem according to the Methodology
procedures for procurement
financed from funds of European Union, binding procedures for
the procurement process
co-financed from EU sources, for procurement not under the
regime of the Public
Procurement Act. All programming period 2007-2013.
The thesis also compares approaches of thematic and regional
operational programs in public
procurement.
