This diploma thesis is dedicated to the national referendum in
the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and
evaluate the drafts of acts regulating national referendum. At
first I focus on the theoretical questions and define
particular terms related to the topic of the thesis. I also
mention the national referendum on the accession of the Czech
Republic to the European Union. In the most extensive part of
the thesis I describe and analyze the drafts of acts regulating
national referendum. In the final part I summarize the drafts
of acts and I mention how the drafts of acts regulating
national referendum should look like.
