Anotace

Náplňou tejto práce je opísať manuálny proces prechodu od platformy Adobe Flash k HTML5. Hlavným bodom záujmu je Program Alf, ktorý je určený na tvorbu a prehrávanie interaktívnych testov pre žiakov a beží na platforme Flash. Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of manual transition of software from Adobe Flash technology to HTML5. Alf software, interactive tests creator and player, a non-trivial application made in Flash, is the main area of focus. Zadání práce
Alf is a software for creating and running interactive tests that teachers can use to attract their students, test them or teach them in an impressive way. Its main advantages, comparing to other similar software, are that it offers wide range of task types and amusing interactive user interface. Unfortunately, the software is based on the Adobe Flash platform, which makes it not suitable for mobile devices.

The main goal of this thesis is to design and develop a new HTML5 web application for Alf, which will run tests created in the current Flash version of the Alf software. The new application should give a similar user experience as the current version and it has to support both desktop and mobile devices.

Student will at first briefly introduce Alf software and describe its current state. Next he/she will introduce its limits according to mobile technologies and what makes it not suitable for mobile devices. The thesis will also contain analysis of various forms of supporting mobile devices, especially in terms of transition from the Flash platform. The major part of the thesis will be devoted to the development of HTML5 web application. Therefore, student will describe analysis, design and implementation of the mentioned web application.
