This thesis is focusing on the aids for people with hearing
disabilities. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and
practical, and is composed of three chapters. The first
theoretical chapter is about communication in general and about
communication of people with hearing disabilities. The second
chapter discusses the aids for people with hearing impairments.
In the practical part was used content analysis of selected
publications. The main target was to investigate the
development of assistive devices for hearing impaired persons
according to the authors. Another target was division of
assistive devices by different authors, and finding aids in
which the authors agree.
