The first part of the task is to get familiar with emergency management in the Czech Republic and with the principles of Business Process Management. The next part consists of making research on how to use the BPMN in the emergency management, choosing a particular area of the emergency management and modeling a set of BPMN processes describing the area. Subsequently, the author is supposed to introduce some ways of the processes’ simulation and to show these ways in practice; then to discuss some possible methods of the process’ optimization. The following requirement is a deployment of the optimized processes on a workflow engine. Finally, the author should focus on the ways of monitoring the deployed processes and they should point out the benefits of continuous improvement of the whole solution.
