Over the last few years, the interest of restaurants in being part of food-delivery platforms has grown rapidly. To reach as many customers as possible, many restaurants offer their products on more than one of these platforms. This diversity creates a bottleneck in restaurants, affecting productivity and the restaurant's ability to fulfil orders on time. These orders appear in different formats on different hardware devices, making the situation more complicated for the restaurant staff. This thesis proposes integrating existing order-handling platforms from Wolt, Bolt Food and Dáme Jídlo into a single software. The software will gather orders from these platforms and display them unified on a single device. In addition to active orders, the app will provide restaurant staff with an overview of closed orders, access to the menu and its quick adjustments, as well as sales statistics. The student will describe the application from a software engineering perspective using UML diagrams (Use case diagram, Activity diagrams) and describe relevant Human-Centred, User Experience and User Interface design methods in the theoretical part. The practical part of the project will result in a high fidelity working prototype that will provide an authentic experience of the different functionalities of the application.
