The aim of this work is testing dynamic balanced ability and
their certifying. We familiaized with the characteristic of
motoric abilities and then with analysis of every part
according to this issue. We made measures helping standardized
test for dynamic balance transition of hammer which is hexagon.
We compared him to the new method Y balanced test. We also made
test with dynamometer. We wanted to find out the force of lower
limbs. We discovered the influance on the level of dynamic
balance measured by method Y balance test. Finally we indicated
the restults of all the measures and evaluates new issues which
we discovered.
