Abstract

V diplomové práci s názvem „Výtěžnost využití Pentacamu při diagnostice, terapii a sledování keratokonu“ jsou v teoretické části shrnuty nejen poznatky o keratokonu a komplexním analyzátoru předního segmentu oka – Pentacamu, ale také souvislosti mezi keratokonem a Pentacamem týkající se diagnostiky tohoto ektatického onemocnění. Výzkumná část se týká hodnocení parametrů pro diagnostiku keratokonu.

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis entitled “The use of Pentacam in the diagnosis, therapy and monitoring of keratoconus” summarizes not only the findings concerning keratoconus and the complex analyzer of the anterior segment of the eye – Pentacam, but also links between keratoconus and Pentacam as regards the diagnosis of this ectal disease. The research part concerns the evaluation of parameters for keratoconus diagnosis.
