- Abstract
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle - the aim of the course is to introduce the basics of old martial arts to students.

- After completing the course, students will be able: - To apply learned techniques in everyday life situations in case of their defence

- warm up in martial arts training of tumbling skills of martial arts basic techniques of capoeira exercise in pairs (jogo) exercise advancing articular flexibility

- - exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - allowed 2 excused absences and 2 without explanation - the substitution of more absence is not allowed. In the event that a class is cancelled by the lecturer (e.g., due to illness or organizational reasons), the class will be made up in the 13th week of the semester.

- The course includes light physical contact during selected exercises, work with music, pair and individual activities, systematic repetition of practiced movement elements (e.g. sequences), and basic acrobatic elements (e.g. a cartwheel). All activities are performed barefoot.
