Abstract
Práce přistupuje k tématu minimální mzdy ze zcela jiné perspektivy, než tradiční práce na stejné téma. Minimální mzda je posuzována z pohledu právní teorie, přesněji řečeno předních filosofických směrů práva. Konkrétně utilitarismu (Bentham, Hart), liberálního egalitářství (Rawls, Dworkin), libertariánství (Locke, Hayek, Nozick) a komunitarismu (Walzer, Sandel, MacIntyre). Abstract
This thesis deals with a topic of minimum wage. Unlike common approaches I examine minimum wage from broader point of view than just economic. I look at minimum wage under the scrutiny of jurisprudence. That naturally means that the approach taken in this thesis combines moral as well as political philosophy, political economy, sociology of law and psychology.
