Anotace Diplomová práce s tématem „Řešení problematiky výukových materiálů v oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie s návazností na služby v gastronomii“ pojednává v teoretické části o problematice v oboru na střední odborné škole. Je zaměřena na výukové materiály, jejich členění, tvorbu a materiály pro obor hotelnictví a gastronomie. Práce je provázaná s profilem absolventa, strukturou výuky za použití vhodných výukových metod a forem kde motivace je velmi důležitým prvkem. Práce je v souladu se školním vzdělávacím programem. Výzkumná část zjišťuje stav výukových materiálů, jejich zhodnocení. Hodnotí se obsah, aktuálnost témat a vizuální a obrazová část materiálů. Závěrem práce je návrh a doporučení na zjištěné změny, které byly ověřeny výzkumným vzorkem – dotazníkem, řízeným rozhovorem. Cílem práce je inovovaná struktura dle ŠVP, která je doplněna o aktuální témata v oboru, obrázky, fotografie přímo z výuky, powerpointové prezentace a každé téma doplňuje pracovní list pro ověření znalostí, vědomostí a dovedností žáků. Annotation Diploma thesis "Solving the issues of the educational materials in the field of gastronomy with relation to the services in gastronomy" deals with and discusses the theoretical part of the issues at the vocational school. It focuses on teaching materials, their structures, design and materials for the hotel industry and gastronomy. The thesis is linked with the profile of the school-leaver, and the teaching structures with appropriate teaching methods and forms, where motivation is a very important part. The thesis is in accordance with the school curriculum. The research part looks into the condition of the teaching materials and their evaluation. It evaluates the content, topicality, visual themes and illustrations. In conclusion, there is a proposal and recommendation on observed changes, which were verified by the research sample - questionnaires, controlled interviews. The aim is to innovate the structure according to the school curriculum, which is supplemented by current topics in the field, images, photographs directly from the lessons, PowerPoint presentations. Each topic includes a worksheet to verify the knowledge, experience and skills of the students.
