The main focus of this thesis is the incorporation of CLIL into technology lessons, with an emphasis on effectively combining the didactics of both language and subject content. The thesis explores the history of CLIL, its key aspects, and its relevance and usage within the Czech educational system. Additionally, it examines how well students can absorb new topics introduced via the CLIL method, despite the novelty of the approach for many of them.

The empirical part of this study includes various lesson plans, worksheets supporting the CLIL method, a test, and the analysis of the test results. These practical components aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of how CLIL can be effectively implemented in vocational education and the impact it has on students' learning outcomes.
