Bachelor's thesis
A Framework for Sparse Time Series Exploration
Abstract
Práca predstavuje návrh a implementáciu frameworku na skúmanie riedkych časových radov. Framework je nasadený v zabezpečenom Kubernetes prostredí SensitiveCloud a umožňuje systematickú analýzu časových radov pomocou pokročilých vizualizačných techník a štatistických analýz. Následne sú schopnosti frameworku demonštrované prostredníctvom experimentov s využitím krvných biomarkerov, získaných v spolupráci so skupinou profesora Valíka z Fakultnej nemocnice Brno.
Abstract
The thesis presents the design and implementation of a framework for exploration of sparse time series data. The framework is deployed in a secure SensitiveCloud Kubernetes environment and enables systematic analysis of time series data through advanced visualization techniques and statistical analyses. Subsequently, the framework's capabilities are demonstrated through experiments utilizing blood biomarkers, obtained in collaboration with Prof. Valík's group at University Hospital Brno.
