- Abstract
- SPINNING programme is a fitness programme based on riding a special stationary bicycle called SPINNER. It takes place indoors with special training programmes, music and it is guided by trained intructors. Students who have never done sports as well as those who want to improve their fitness or to shape their body can enroll. No special skills are required. SPINNING programme does not burden joints and tendons.

- cvičení, zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

- Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport. + kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.

General note: Hodina na stacionárních kolech pod vedením instruktora, simuluje jízdu na kole v terénu velmi fyzicky náročné.
